Living and Leading With Intention

About Me
There was a season in my life when everything that felt certain suddenly wasn’t. Roles changed. Ground shifted. Some things were taken from me. Others I had to lay down myself. That season forced a question I could no longer avoid.
Where are my feet actually planted?
In 2020 and 2021 everything began to change. I walked through loss, rebuilding and a quiet return to things I had drifted from. I learned that leadership is not about position but presence… who you are when no one is watching and what remains when everything else is stripped away.
By day, I lead software teams in the construction technology world. By calling, I walk with leaders, parents, entrepreneurs and teams who want to lead with integrity instead of image. Along the way, I wrote my first book Where Are My Feet? as a way to tell the truth about falling down, standing back up and learning to stay steady when the ground shifts.
During that same season, I began baking bread for my son who struggles with digestive issues. What started in our kitchen became Fishes & Loaves, a small cottage bakery rooted in care and community. It reminded me that the smallest acts often carry the greatest meaning.
Today, I write, speak and coach from lived experience. My work centers on helping people find clarity, unity and solid ground in their leadership and in their lives. I believe leadership should heal more than it harms and that purpose rises when we stop performing and start showing up fully as we are.
If you are walking through change, rebuilding after loss, leading in uncertainty or simply trying to find your footing again, you are not alone. I would be honored to walk with you.
