Refund Policy

Books and Digital Content

All book sales, including physical books, digital editions, and downloadable content, are considered final sale.

If you receive a physical book that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Coaching and Consulting Services

Coaching and consulting services are billed based on time and preparation. As such, payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled coaching session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Speaking Engagements

Refunds for speaking engagements are governed by the terms outlined in the individual speaking agreement or contract. Any deposits or fees paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
